Park Avenue Stables is a spacious facility suited for all types of riders. Whether you are the competitive hunter/jumper, or the weekend trail rider, Park Avenue Stables is for you!
Barn
Our farm hosts a 45 stall barn which includes 4 tack rooms, 3 heated wash stalls, a well lit indoor arena, a large outdoor arena, and acres of pasture for both group and individual turnout.
The barn is comprised of mostly 12 x 12 stalls, all equipped with rubber mats and automatic waterers, as well as numerous stalls with dutch doors. The stalls are cleaned daily and bedded with clean shavings. Our high ceilings and multiple doorways allow for wonderful ventilation throughout the barn.
Pastures
We have over ten fenced in grass pastures, allowing for multiple turnout options. Each pasture is lined by a double-sided 4 plank fence to allow for maximum security.
Arenas
Our 80 x 150 ft indoor arena has all new state of the art footing, which is well maintained through daily watering and dragging. There are five access doors and multiple windows that can be fully opened or closed to allow for perfect riding conditions in both the summer and winter months. The four rows of overhead lights keep the indoor well lit for lessons and daily riding.
Our 100 x 200 ft outdoor arena is adjacent to the indoor and is usually equipped with jumps for your riding and training pleasure. The footing is made of a stone screening footing and is also maintained with daily dragging.
